Our Returns policy


Your rights should you wish to cancel an order or return goods will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to cancel.


If you are cancelling because of a failure on our part, including where we have told you about an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, or if there is a risk that supply of an order may be significantly delayed because of events outside our or your control, then we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) plus the delivery costs. Should the goods have already been delivered to you we will also cover the return postage costs to the limit of the original delivery cost.


For most items bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. If you have just changed your mind about the item, you will be able to get a refund from us if you are within the cooling-off period and notify us within that period. In this instance, upon receipt and inspection by us, we will refund the purchase price as well as the original delivery charge but this will be less any commissions charged to us by the payment platform provider. Return postage costs will not be covered, and if we are collecting the item from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.

Complete the form on our website.
Or simply write to us at 64 Pinewoods Avenue, Hagley, Worcestershire, DY9 0JF including details of what you bought, when you ordered or received it and your name and address.
